Intelligent M&A for Technology Companies

About Us

We formed Golding Partners in 2014 as a new kind of strategic adviser for technology companies. We begin every engagement with a fresh, unbiased perspective, listening carefully to understand our clients’ ultimate strategic objectives. We have no standard “sell-side process” or any other template or cookie cutter approach. We are hands-on senior professionals who do our own spreadsheets rather than rely on junior analysts learning on the job. The term that comes to mind is bespoke, but we are not British tailors. Instead we describe our approach to technology M&A as intelligent, by design.

Notable Transactions

We are not a deal factory. In keeping with our customized, hands-on approach we work with a maximum of three clients at a time. We work solely on the sell-side, representing clients seeking a strategic partnership or to be acquired.

Working With Us

As a small firm we work exclusively on a referral basis, sourcing deals among founders and within the venture capital community. As senior advisers we work directly with the CEOs and CFOs of our client companies. If you believe that Golding Partners can help you, please contact us at info@goldingpartners.com.
